A seamless combination of Yoga and Pilates, sometimes we use powerful moves like Sun Salutations and Warriors sometimes we stay lying down all class to stretch and relax - it very much depends on the energy in the room.

On Fridays the studio is heated using therapeutic infra red ceiling heaters giving you more flexibility, easing joint and muscle pain and sweating helps with cleansing/detoxing.

Price - £12 for the first class or trial pack is 5 classes for £50. Standard class packs are £100 for 10 sessions with a 12 month expiry.
