A fabulous fusion of the best bits of Vinyasa Yoga - Sun Salutations to warm up with Prayer Twists, Side Angles, Warriors, Hip-openers etc. - followed by Classical Pilates for core strength to improve Balance and Posture, after which the class cools down with feel-good Yoga and Pilates stretches and releases.
